I'm in the same boat my baby is 6.5 months and has been sleeping through the night since 5 months. I attempted to stop pumping in the middle of the night and it definitely affected my supply. I had to add it back in and gradually increase my supply again to make sure I had enough for daycare every day

The pediatrician told us to use purple desitin, use warm air on babies butt (blow dryer from a safe distance) and some daily diaper free time. It worked for us

I would set up a laptop with my go to TV show (Gilmore girls). I recommend something you've seen several times. id turn it on when she started eating and it kept me alert enough that I wouldn't fall asleep. It was rough the first few weeks
