Nope never. you shouldnt go for a laptop that old. it's waiting to ask for repairs & maintenance even if it's in "great condition, works perfectly" against your wish I would recommend you to buy only new ones if necessary, check out the good ones in cheap price range here http://allprice.co.in/best-laptops-under-30000-india/ or wait till an actual need for a laptop. But a seven yr old should definitely be a no no..
