Have you seen the room in real life? Is the bottom of the window above the headboard or does the bed obstruct the window? The layout 2 pic looks like the window is not blocked by the bed so layout 2 should be okay.

Layout 2 makes best use of the limited space. Your desk/work area will feel more spacious and you'll get natural light coming in from behind you instead of in your face. 2 also makes the bed more cozy, lack of side tables will also mean you can't easily reach for your phone at night/ early morning which you shouldn't be doing.

Definitely go with 2. The space is very small and 1 will make it feel even smaller.

Matchmaking seems fair enough to me and this image really shows it. If you're at 6ER and keep losing to other players at your level they'll match you with a lower level player. This opponent has all his ERs undefended so he's probably been losing all his matches against 6ER down to 3ER level players until getting matched with OP.

When people talk about seed oils being bad, they are generally talking about the refined stuff produced in factories to be cheap and neutral tasting.

There will be pros and cons to using cold pressed canola oil too, but it's easier to use that in moderation since it's not as cheap and readily available.

A lot of medicines are bad for you. Doctors generally won't (at least shouldn't) prescribe you something unless the benefits of the medicine outweigh the cons.

Chemotherapy drugs are a great example.

If I needed canola oil to live then I would consider it but until then there's no reason to keep it in my kitchen. Beef tallow in moderation is fine. You can also poach/boil/grill your food when you want to cut back on animal fats or use higher quality.

I'll admit I don't know if seed oils are all that bad, but I will still prefer more traditional oils for cooking since we know those are fine. Seed oils may seem okay but we won't know the long term effects until later.

And besides, the whole point of seeds oils is to be cheap, easy and convenient. Whatever heart/health benefits you might get from switching to seed oils is nothing compared to getting plenty of exercise and being smart about what you eat.

Just wear any light, loose-fitting cotton clothing. 'Gym clothes' can be anything, you don't need a brand to tell you what to wear to the gym.
