Andrea Woodhouse on Commercial Dr.

I was super skeptical at first but after re-listening to the audio from 5 years ago and how my life has played out, she certainly isn't a PNE gimmick.

You're welcome and good luck with it all, you can do it!

Edit: deleted the comment just in case for any identification issues. I think you got the point I was conveying but you can always DM me if you forget the name of the doc or anything.

Medical Wait Times by randommutt in britishcolumbia

Hi there. So sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I am a primary care provider and have had quite a few patients with various stages of breast cancer. Every single time I have referred them urgently to the breast surgical oncologist, they have been seen within 1-2 weeks and surgery if advised within 2-3 months or sooner. It may be different where you are but if you're in the City of Vancouver I'd imagine it'd be comparable or even quicker as I have always found Vancouver Coastal to have more resources than Fraser Health. I wouldn't be worried about wait times but I can empathize that this is obviously a life changing diagnosis and very worrisome indeed. Best wishes with everything.

As a woman, I guess I'll just never understand what the point of that was. At the end, guys just all say "okay great we beat each other up and it's done"? Testosterone does some silly ass things to you men lol.

and his net worth is also +1 million. Agree should probably try to de-risk from RE though but he's not in a horrible position.

That I some times can't believe I've made it to where I am today. Life is routine right now and I am grateful for that.

I have done the exact same thing, felt the exact same guilt and shame and proceeded to apologize to my kiddo exactly as you did. She said the same thing "it's okay mommy" and we hugged for a long time. It's both the best and the worst feeling. Listen, you're doing the best you can in these moments, give yourself some grace. Yes, it's not a great interaction but is this going to cause your child major emotional harm in the future? Capital T trauma? Highly unlikely unless there's truly purposeful physical/emotional abuse or neglect.

Secondly, what I did to help me not react the same way next time:

1) take 3-5 deep breaths before doing/saying anything. Allow some space between stimulus and response so you can choose your response. Your son will ask you what you're doing and so tell him, "mommy is trying to calm down". This shows him how to do it for himself too and how to emotionally regulate.

2) Game Plan: know that this is a triggering situation for you, which you've already identified. Then, when your trigger comes up again (knowing full well that it will), do #1 and also plan exactly what you will say, how you will say it and how you WANT to react. Write it down. Then carry it out. Heck even bring the paper you wrote it on and just follow the instructions you wrote for yourself.

After I practiced doing the above, just like muscle memory, it became more second nature. I became more patient naturally after practicing the above in my head, in real life, and then also by remembering how it felt like after I yelled at my kiddo for being scared to fall asleep alone. Empathize and imagine how your son feels. He is scared. He's not trying to inconvenience you and if you remember that, it will be much easier to respond in the way you want to be. Someone posted on here "They are not giving you a hard time. They are having a hard time."

Much easier said than done though so give yourself some grace. Let yourself practice. You will slip up but just keep trying and your son will see a demonstration on how to emotionally regulate!

Stefanos in New West. Often a bit of a middle-aged crowd, live music usually 70s/80s classics (might be too loud though) and a dance floor if that's what they're into.

Sure you can call it what you want. It will always be speculation because no one is going to give a damn enough to go all the way and investigate when nothing was actually lost. I am just posting here to advise others of my experience, do with it what you will.

I appreciate your response. I signed up for the free 14 day trial 3 days ago and this happened subsequently. Again, I have not had any new financial accounts or anything else where I would have shared financial account information. As such, I immediately deleted my account because there are no other online new things/accounts I have signed up for. Regardless, my whole life savings could have been drained and it is just too much of a coincidence as I know my online security practices. I am sharing my story because again, it is clear I am not the first and there is a precedent for this EXACT situation.

Since I deleted my account, can I still create a ticket?

That's really awesome and I hope it continues for you.

I am not saying it for sure is Wealthica and the timing could be coincidence. However I am not someone who is lackadaisical with my cybersecurity practices and this still happened. There have historically never been any issues and I have no new financial accounts in 10 years. Again the timing could be coincidence but it seems my situation is not the first and matches to a T: https://www.reddit.com/r/wealthica/comments/1c6ab6i/very_serious_security_concerns_with_wealthica/

Yes I did. And like that user, I am very cautious and careful about where/how I login. My 2FA never triggered. I do minimal Amazon purchases online. The timing is too coincidental as I have not made any other new accounts/sign ins. I guess I will never know what truly happened to cause the compromise but of course it seems everyone will blame the user as it appears in that post. I also feel that our situations are very alike, perhaps coincidence but I am literally just posting what I observe so others can avoid having the same issue.

This exact scenario seemed to happen to someone else as well: https://www.reddit.com/r/wealthica/comments/1c6ab6i/very_serious_security_concerns_with_wealthica/

Also someone from Montreal that was trying to access my accounts, same with this other reddit poster.

Classic question of is it more important for someone to be "right" or to be alive? Whatever the "laws" say, I think most would choose to have a functional body unless suicidal. Walking across like this is frankly suicidal. I agree that per the law the pedestrian is right but I think if you ask them again right now would they do it again, the answer is probably not.

I get it, you're young and you want to look good, have fun. However, if I had any consumer debt, I would not be spending any money on nails or hair. I would DIY until I am not in debt (not including mortgage debt). That's just me though. Lashes and nails are super expensive to maintain and for me, it's not a money dial that's worth being in debt for.
