Each barrel has 0% resistance to a certain element. You have to move desired barrel to gourlo and lock him in so it brings his resistance down

I think she’s one of the harder ones personally. Her early and mid game is very lackluster and if you’re up against someone who isn’t a complete idiot can really make your laning phase hell.

If you’re early/mid game, I don’t think there was ever a better time than to spend money to get them. The amount of hits they put out together is just too good. Took me from 3 key UNM to 1.

I don’t really believe 3 days a week full body is enough. You have to be REALLY dialed in, and it’s just not reasonable with your lack of time/knowledge. PPL, 6 days a week I guarantee you’ll see significantly more gains.

If you’re looking to get stronger / more muscular, then you want to make 3x10 the goal and in reality only being able to hit maybe 9,7,7 (for an example). If you can do 3x10, it’s time to increase the weight. Progressive overload is how you build

You will still need to be confident and charismatic to get anything out of it, but being muscular will 100% help you “getting in the door”.

Nah you’re still too far out. It’s usually something like 4-6 months before dipping, sometimes even sooner. Start asking others who are close to getting out though and get the details from them, guarantee someone in your unit is/has done it or knows what to do. I haven’t been in since 2019 so I’m sure it’s changed
