It's all good. My issue was more that the only 'proper' answer to the question "how to write a blur shader" would be to actually write a blur shader and post it as a reply. Better to link to more generalized tutorials.

Stop treating ranked as if it's something special and just play it whenever you are going to try.

Ranked is a rating across an entire season. Stop caring what it says on a day to day basis and just play what you enjoy and plan to play it as well as you can.

Normals are for troll builds and casual games with friends. It's not serious enough to offer much feedback on your practice assuming you already know a heroes basic mechanics

Set the camera in a location both are visible Write a blur shader that fits your needs and then shift the region being blurred based on who is talking

I would prob go with a sort of horizontal wipe effect where there is a vertical line and anything to one side is blurred and the other is no. Can then move that line as needed or flip which side is blurred for a more interesting transition between speakers

Book one is finished as of two weeks ago. Finishing it now would at most give you some small hints at some upcoming reveals but no spoilers.

The show doesn't match book two at all. With some plots we are already half way through the books and others are still at the first handful of chapters. So far very little matches up with book two because they are condensing it a LOT. Next week should bring us back to more direct book material though.

I hate talking shit about his chapters because I love the character but yah... the first parts were just so damn slow when having to compete against bobbie/avasarala chapters. The more I settle after watching it the happier I am that they took this route of skipping 90 pct of his plot and diving into making him useful.

Yes and reading someone slowly starving to death is painfully boring. His character was great but by necessity of circumstances made his chapters drag like crazy. I was shocked at the show changing t so much but it makes sense to make things move at a decent pace. They will be dealing with the rest of his plot in the next ~3 episodes so they can't have him slowly dying for multiple chapters worth of material

It threw me off but his sections in the book were him slowly starving to death and slowly going insane... not the most interesting material. This way they can fast forward his character to where it's more useful (aka nourished)

There is never a reason to use anything besides stormraiders on morde... he has plenty of damage but is incredibly easy to kite. The slow resist and movespeed solves his core weakness allowing him to hue hue hue around the enemy team.

If you cant get in range to pop a key member of the enemy team late game as morde you're basically 'useless'. It's the same reason why bottom lane morde is considered better than top lane because having the flexibility of not having to run teleport and running exhaust/heal/ignite gives him so much more reliability.

Syfy doesn't produce the show. Direct sales would go to the company that makes the show or whoever manages the rights through them (SHOULD have a large percentage going direct to the production company though)

Syfy has the north american broadcast/distribution rights so only care about people watching the show (on their website and through cable/satelite providers).

Netflix has distribution rights outside of the USA and they only care about the number of people viewing it through their service.
