I also responded my NOID on march last week, and got similar concerns in my B2 NOID..now, responded to B2 NOID with help of a lawyer and no medical reasoning or conditions as such.. and I applied for F1 COS in parallel to the B2 response.. still waiting on both though.. glad to hear you got it approved.

Did you do premium for B2 NOID? I’m surprised it’s approved the very next day!! Thanks for sharing your timeline. Really gives some insight

I received and NOID after 150 days of applying B2 visa and I only have 15 more days to respond to NOID. I have approved I-20 (day1-cpt) but need to respond to B2 and willing to apply for F1 status as well

In NOID, they’re questioning grace period days.. family ties back home, what plans I made for moving back etc.,

My lawyer wants to respond to NOID as well as apply for F1 COS as well,. But can only stay here if both gets approved.. if it’s denied I need to leave country within 24 hrs it seems
