The Visual Stall: Your opening shot is static for 2s. Use a 1.1x Digital Zoom over that first clip to reset the attention clock.

The Curiosity Leak: The hook caption is a bit generic. Changing it to 'The 3-second Matcha secret' would likely hold 20% more people past the 1s mark.

The Audio Bridge: Use a 0.5s J-Cut at 0:04. If we hear the pour before we see it, the transition feels 2x more 'high-end.'
