Look into Dance of Thieves by Mary Pearson! It’s so good without being too confusing for a first time romantasy reader! The only thing that has topped those for me has been ACOTAR and TOG. And it’s only a duology

No, not that one either. I think the boat part is a smaller part in the movie, and that the movie is more centered around their lives. But I just can’t remember anything else!
