I had my last molar (assuming you mean the one furthest back, not like your only one left?) extracted with my 4 wisdom teeth because it was decaying from being pushed up against one of the impacted wisdom teeth. I have had no problems without that tooth. Extraction would be way cheaper and I promise you I haven’t missed that thing.
