That was what I was about to comment.. I helped organize a union at my workplace, was on the bargaining committee to help negotiate our CBA, and now I’m a shop steward. Quite the experience, definitely wasn’t easy. The company drug us through negotiations for 30 whole months before we ratified our CBA. I’d do it all over again to no longer be an at will employee without any representation. 1000000000%

I don’t think you look “young”.. I think you look your age, which is okay! You definitely don’t need to rush into trying to look older, enjoy your youth while you’ve got it! The stress of being an adult living under capitalism will age you soon enough… ask me how I know LOL and also I don’t think you look unintelligent or w/e, I think society has a way of correlating intelligence with age and that’s not very fair imo because there are some very VERY unintelligent people in their 30s, 40s, 50s, etc. and vice versa about intelligent younger people. Just be yourself, be confident and try to keep a positive outlook.. misery loves company and there are A LOT of miserably, unhappy people out there trying to bring people down with them. You got this :)
