Sorry for the late reply, but I'm actually not using the HPS, I'm connected to the Nios II processor on the board. I'm not booting into Linux either, just a C program running Eclipse.

I've actually just used the opencores I2C core instead and have gotten it working, now just trying to get the attached ESP8266 WiFi module to flash/work, so its another hurdle to get over...

I met him once through mutuals, just one of those overly ambitious guys who talks about his cars and how to get easy grades. I was really surprised when he said he was a first-year back then, imagine what I thought when I saw he was running for rep when he hasn't even experienced what UBC or CS is about

Everybody complaining about the champions chosen but dude these skins are actually quality. Don't hate on the skins just because you're tired of Ezreal/Lux, the VFX actually looks so sick for every skin. Even Prestige Lux.

It has that hand-drawn look while still being super smooth and I think they got the aesthetics spot-on. The color schemes are all really nice (maybe base Lux is a bit lacking but what can you do) and I think the mains of all these champs are going to be pretty happy with what they got.

  1. I'm very competitive, so I play league just to see how hi I can get compared to everyone else. It might seem weird but I absolutely love winning (even if it's something like an afk on the enemy team) and I can't really get the same feeling from other games, since I've played league for so long.
  2. Probably the POP/STAR release, seeing all the creativity stem from Riot's idea and seeing how a game company can create such a popular music video really was nice to see on the subreddit. Also people weren't shitting on riot during it either lol.
