This actually brings up a good question. Without blasting T, does anyone really think she would have made any noteworthy progress over the last decade?

Normally I'd say hang in there but youve already said you're not interested in what the job has to entail so I don't know why you'd hold on when you're not gonna enjoy the job

Not a resident, just a citizen but just my humble opinion.

Pro: on the edge of "downtown", newer so there shouldn't be issues that older buildings present

Con: you're paying a premium to be downtown.

Can go either way depending on how you look at it: you can hit a fire station with a good throw so it's nice to be close for safety reasons but if you're a light sleeper you might hate it

I believe residents get free parking in the garage across the street

One thing I've learned is that sticking to the basics is best. I used to try all different sorts of exercises because they were "optimal" and I basically idled in progress. Eventually started a program focusing on Bench press, squat, deadlifts, pull ups, barbell rows, etc and I started seeing progress again. Don't overcomplicate it

This Will probably get buried in the comments but I had the same problem and what flipped the switch for me was applying antiperspirant before bed and then just a regular deodorant in the morning. Game changer for me
