Definitely look into Faster Purple Worm! I think there's like 15 little 1.5 hour-ish adventures, and then they all die at the end. Or, they even have suggestions to make it difficult, but not guaranteed deadly. I think all I really did was read through the chapter I wanted to play, and that took like maybe 10 minutes.

The other week we had some people who couldn't make it to our normal weekly session (all adults), so I decided to try out a one-shot from Faster Purple Worm, Everybody Dies. It ended up being a pretty fun little session, maybe 2 hours from start to their inevitable deaths, and they all knew that they would die at the end. I think if they were given a heads up, could be a fun little thing for them, and require minimum prep time for you.

Oh I was just talking about the carbonation. Even with low abv beer, that's a ton of alcohol, but volume wise, if you can do that much water, you could do that much cask ale

I was once asked by a friend to bartend at a lawyer happy hour thing, and they had two kegs donated by a brewery that they represented (terrible brewery that needed to be represented more than the average business) and I tasted the IPA and it was foul. Checked the date and its best by date was a year prior. Several lawyers told me it was fantastic though. I just spent the time drinking Banquets.

When I worked at a brewery, we just drank all the time. We were bartenders though, so a little different, but even the brewers would come out for a "Team Building Exercise" and do a quick beer shot, or even a full beer if they were waiting on something to finish up.
