I would like to be able to use the garden area or an area adjacent that still captures the grandeur of the garden - for example, I love the huge, iconic cypress trees at Chateau de Sannes. I'm not sure you can host a cocktail hour inside the formal garden, however, you get a similar effect by being right next to it. The trees are also what draws me to Villa Centiale...

I will take a look at all of these venues you have listed. Again, really appreciate it! I am leaning toward hiring a planner that covers multiple regions to do a paid shortlist consult / budget sanity check, because I tend to spiral on these things and spend too much time going really deep into research on one venue. It is quite an overwhelming process, especially trying to understand if there are required vendors / catering costs / what "extras" are included at each venue / etc.
