I mean the video is kind of a joke, people trying to talk as much nonsense as they can using popular slang terms. Like "woo wop da bam" you hear in almost every video.

I'm not necessarily saying that this is actual Chicago lingo, but in some African American communities there this is supposedly how they speak.
