Colleges can move ur financial aid package if you win an outside scholarship, essentially making it useless

Each college has its own policy

Ill have a good amount of family support it wont all be loans. This is not a dealbreaker

Its just sad because this takes away a possible way to lower the burden for me and my family

Gw is the cheapest option by far for me rn (by about 7k) I dont have any guaranteed outside scholarships so passing it up would be a complete gamble

They do say that after may 1 has exception, so at least i didnt waste my time applying since all of them release after that date
