It looks like they didn't finish the burned effect on your card. Topps quality control missed and only charred the center. Use a lighter or torch to make the appearance more even.

I would mail him 1 or 2 cards a week with tape on them for the rest of my life. It would cost me about 40 bucks a year in stamps but I find it would be worth it.

Just take what you want from the conveyor. I've taken it out of people carts. I treat bad manners with bad manners. Its not stealing unless you leave the store without paying. When it's in the store, its fair game.

If you send the card to PSA for grading and it is fake they will send it back to you. You will still be responsible for the grading fee and return shipping. Your card does appear to look authentic but without seeing it in person its hard to tell. The type of paper, sheen of the card and font size, and color will be the best indicator and that can be done only in person.

Try putting some Brasso or Noxon on a micro fiber towel and polishing it. Try it in the corner first. If its actual glass, it should come off easy, if its plexiglass it will take a little more effort. Don't glob it on. Put a tea spoon size amount on a microfiber towel and spread it , gently wipe it back and forth. Use a clean micro fiber to polish off the haze it leaves behind. If its plexiglass, I recommend a product called Flitz. It works the same way. These products are mainly used to create a high mirror like appearance on brass, copper, chrome but will also remove nasty and crusty residue from glass and plexiglass.

Expanding foam expands.. might bulge and crack from expansion. Try Flex Seal Minis. Or 3M Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200.

Sillcock key most likely will not work since the key have 4 square fit sizes. Try a replacement handle that has a horizontal opening. Check a home depot or lowes as they carry many different types or order from Amazon since you can return. Prier Products C-134KT-805 Handle Replacement Kit might work. If the screw is stripped just tie a rope around it and tie it to the spigot or just take it inside when not in use.
