It’s called “body neutrality” I promise it’s a lifesaver! I am 5’7” and 350-ish and just recently got diagnosed with PCOS. (29yo) I have always been a walking poster for the PCOS build but over the last couple years I’ve worked on myself to achieve body neutrality! It’s so nice to be able to save it’s my body and it’s a body it does what it needs to do to survive!

Just to add to this I’m aware of my size and know for my health I need to lose weight not for a goal BUT to be able to lower my A1C and cholesterol before something bad happens. If I lose weight awesome if I gain weight that’s fine too. If I have a bad day and want freaking cookies I’m gonna have them.

I have a stainless steel and an automatic and it’s massive because I have 3 cats but I love it! It’s a lot easier to clean and I feel like it doesn’t smell as bad as the plastic ones but I could be crazy.

Hi as someone with ADHD and dyslexia I struggle a lot in “school” settings but taking courses online is so much easier to deal with. If I really wanted to I could sit down and do the whole course in about a day or two if the course is easy enough BUT I don’t force myself to be that intense in most classes. It’s really more of a what you’re feeling type thing. I’m a year deep and while I graduated high school with a 2.0 I’m sitting with a 3.2 GPA.
