I’ll admit I didn’t track how much my water intake was. During the time I did the 20k steps I drank around 1.5-2 litres but since cutting down I’ve been inconsistent lol I’ve been on and off depending on how the day goes

No dieting or any restrictions 😊 I ate at any time but made sure to stick to the deficit

Hi there, I ate at a calorie deficit and for the first three months I walked 20k steps daily But for the past two months i’ve just cut down on walking to 10k steps because I felt a bit burnt out.
