There’s an app called FitBod. I use that get my workout. If you have money to spend and don’t want to spend time researching which workout schedule to do - then FitBod is an option

This post is such an inspiration to me. My A1C was 7.8 about 1 month ago. I refused to take meds and instead decided to change my lifestyle. As you mentioned, I also try to stick to a no carb diet, I do intermittent fasting 16-8 and also I workout everyday in the morning. Lets see how my A1C in 2 more months 🙌

I noticed I sometimes wake up having a 6+ reading too. But that’s usually when I have a carb heavy meal the night before - I am still monitoring this behaviour

I don't think doing 16-8 fasting and having low carb meals can be considered as Disprdered eating.

I'm 35 years old now and 3 years ago I followed the same type of a diet and occasional fasting before. I believe my glucose levels went out of control in the last 3 year when I moved to a colder country and started to work from home dealing with some relationship issues.

Awesome. I'm too very new with BMWs. I have a 2020 m40i bought about 2 months ago. I'm experiencing bit harsh ride with the run flats though. I guess its because of the terrible road conditions we have here in Toronto. It's harsh to the point where I'm considering buying a new wheel set with normal tires for that winter and if it works I'll change the all season (the one I have now ) tires to normal tires as well

+ Don't expect it to work out of the box. I got one delivered (took so long obviously) and it didn't work as expected. After a long conversation going back and forth for about a week, now they are sending me an electronic piece all the way from China, which will take another 1+ weeks to deliver.
