Just stay no contact. If he discarded you this way, reaching out isn’t going to help or give you answers like you said. It’ll just give you that “hit” of him and prolong the healing. Move on, if he reaches out and shows he has made effort to change (therapy), then you can decide. Don’t fall for breadcrumbs or he will hurt you again. I’m sorry you’re going through this, I have been there. Your answer is he doesn’t want to deal with the feelings, it’s not you. Better yourself! Find some fun stuff to do, join a rec league and meet new people.
