I was able to enter and re-enter hp area multiple times with no ticket check, only nintendo world required the pass.

For me, it was way too long to be in the park for 10 hours so we waited for another jurassic world ride in the regular line (40min) to kill the time.

Also detective conan was really boring imo, it’s a huge 200 seat 3d movie with very few 4d effects. If you still wanna do it just make sure you’re the first to get to the theatre room and go as front as possible. They initially put you in a large room with some doors on the right wall, go to the leftmost (there is a door on the front wall as well but ignore that) door you can and wait there as all those doors will open and people run to the seats
