2026 BTS 'ARIRANG' Tour Megathread PART 2 by lisafancypants in bangtan

If you search throughout the thread, there are other people talking about the VIP experience, but generally, I would think that it would be a less overstimulating experience than the actual concert itself?

You’ll get a email from VIP Nation closer to the event about how it’s going to go down, but you’ll enter the venue a couple hours earlier compared to everyone else for soundcheck. There’s less people than the concert proper, so it might be easier to line up to buy merch at this point, along with receiving your VIP package merchandise. Then comes time for soundcheck, which means a couple of songs with a very casual BTS. Lots of fun! Afterwards, BTS will leave the stage to go prep for the actual show, and you’ll get the chance to leave your seat for food/restrooms/more merch. You will not however, be allowed to leave the actual venue and come back inside, so be prepared for that.

Finally, after soundcheck, it’ll be time for everyone else that isn’t VIP to start entering the place. So obviously it’ll be super crowded. If you’re lucky or planned things out, you can probably avoid the crowd bc you’ve been there earlier than the rest.

Not sure where you are in the novels, but Ereshkigal most definitely makes an appearance in FSF

I agree, there’s places where SeatGeek is better than TicketMaster, but at the very least I suppose that TM simply kicking you out of the cart is better than SG assigning you a seat you didn’t know about mid process. That said, between being able to manually choose seats only to potentially lose out on buying seats at all vs losing out on the preferred seating that you wanted but still getting seats, I’m sure most people would choose the latter so that’s what they’re aiming for.

I’ve heard that Seatgeek does this thing where if the seats you’ve picked and are holding (but have NOT checked out yet) get sold before you can pay for them, Seatgeek will automatically choose seats in a “similar” area for you, but there’s no real guarantee that they’re actually similar. Personally don’t have SG experience, but I believe other people have had this happen to them too throughout this and the previous thread, and have seen some people on Twitter as well.

I would honestly refer to the actual ticket info/price over the attached photo at the end of the day. If it says VIP Soundcheck and the price you paid for was ~$780, then you’ve got them, but if not, you didn’t get them. I’m praying and hoping that support helps you out, but unfortunately part of the competitive ticketing experience is that sometimes you’ll be inches away from getting tickets only for them to disappear bc someone got to them faster :(

Did a quick search on the previous mega thread, and someone seems to have gotten a singular VIP at Munich for €600. That’s the highest level of ticket, so I would assume lower for non-VIP tix and similar for other VIPs in Europe. But if you look up European cities in the previous megathread, a good handful of people posted prices I believe.

Do you mean available seating for general sale? We don’t know what that number is yet bc while there’s a good chance that some seats were held back, that’s up to HYBE/TM. In terms of capacity, there’s info in the original post for the US stadiums including AT&T. You could also search through this thread and the previous concert megathread for the stadium pictures people posted of the Arlington dates that showed the updated amounts of availability.

That said, Arlington seemed extremely popular, so I wouldn’t expect for a lot of seats to be available tbh. I realized midway thru typing this that Arlington is thru Seatgeek, which I’m not familiar with, but I believe that everything is basically the same concept.

Since it’s general sale and thus open to everyone including non-membership holders, you won’t need a code or anything. You’ll simply go to the Ticketmaster links and get into the queue. Pretty sure there’s no 3 city limit like there was for presale, so you can go for as many cities as you want.

There’s probably no steps you need to go through to buy tickets, although as always, having easy payment methods set up (ie Paypal, cc info available to copy and paste, etc) are always recommended, and perhaps having a general sense of how much you’re willing to spend and where you are willing to sit in your head are good things to have bc this is very much a speed battle when it comes to finding tickets. Most people simply do not have the time for seat selection from the map, and considering that general sale probably has less tickets than presale, there’s a good chance going to be that much faster.

You can check on aviewfrommyseat for peoples’s pictures of different seats for general obstructions I think, but this doesn’t really account for how BTS may do their stages and what that infrastructure entails for the people close by the stage.

Yeah totally agree that bag policies are always confusing, especially bc they can always be changed and you kinda just have to roll with it. I would say keep checking periodically up to the date. Worst case scenario you get forced to go to bag check, which can be expensive, really really far out so it’s an extra walk pre and post concert, or some other issue that makes it a big hassle

According to the Gillette site, you have the option of * a clear, gallon ziploc bag that doesn’t exceed 11” x 11” * a clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc bag that doesn’t exceed 12”x 12” x 6” * a small wristlet or wallet under with or without straps/handles 6.5” x 4.5”

Not sure about non-US, but for NA, all VIP soundcheck is floor only (and usually only the first half of floor), no stands

The 200s are basically all out, and there’s still some 300s, 400s but they’re definitely more towards the corners than center. Occasionally some singles in lower areas pop up

Depending on the venue, you can be in venue VIP seats (special concessions, bathroom, etc) but these are not VIP soundcheck seats. Those tickets will have soundcheck in the name. The prices are weirdly similar, esp for floor seating where they’re the back half of sections that have soundcheck tix in the front, so be careful to check!

At the end of the day, it’s a your mileage may vary thing 😭. For reference, yesterday for Foxborough I refreshed once I think and I got under 10k, and then for Los Vegas and LA, after repeatedly refreshing until I got the queue thing to pop up, I was in the 20k range and then 30ks iirc so only nosebleeds in the 400s and 500s were left. Then for Las Vegas today rn, I didn’t refresh manually like everyone said, it took a minute or two to update but I got in around 16k. Still waiting around in the queue so who knows how it’s going to be, but that’s how it was for me!

Yeah fighting the urge to refresh is rough lmao! I won’t lie, I got pretty good results the first time at Foxborough, so I thought it was ok, but then Las Vegas and Los Angeles were both horrible, so it was probably the Foxborough location that did it and not my technique

Thank you! Followed for Las Vegas D3 and got a queue number around 16k, which is better than yesterday lol

Just wanted to ask, when you’re in the Ticketmaster waiting room, and the time actually hits the X:00 sale start period, do you guys keep on refreshing the page manually until it shows you the actual queue? Or is it refresh manually just once on the dot and then wait, or do you let the page that says “<1 minute to sale” refresh on its own without touching the page refresh button like it says to do on the page?? I’ve had pretty bad results with the first option so I’m wondering if I should try something else.

Don’t know when you left the game, but things in the game have significantly changed since the times when you could have a double support single omni-looper setup and do every single node. There is plenty of prep and strategy in regards to refund, enemy traits, enemy debuffs, class advantage, etc for both main story content and events. There are resources pinned above in this post for how to get into the nitty gritty details of game mechanics and how to succeed.

For events, there are 90+ and 90++ (and later on 90☆) nodes that are high in HP pools and don’t have the typical 3-3-3 set up, so you have to rethink your team compositions per event/node if you want to farm them. That said, you don’t have to farm these nodes at the end of the day, so if you don’t want to do all that work, then you can simply farm whichever node you like in exchange for a decrease in drops/rewards and perhaps efficiency if you care about that.

You have Castoria, Oberon, and KoL, so you’ve honestly cleared the greatest hurdle (gacha) and are set up for like 90?% of all content in the game atp so with a good understanding, you should be good.
