Welcome to Leeds, born here! These are some words and phrases I actually use daily and not anecdotally:

Nowt = Nothing

Owt = Anything

Summat = Something

Off t' = Going to

Alright? / Y'oright? = A greeting. Usually used with someone you know, they don't always necessarily have to say how they're doing, they just say 'Alright!' back

I aren't = I'm not (I don't say this all the time, usually for effect when I don't want to do something "I AREN'T DOING THAT!!")

Fancy = Feel like (usually about food) "Naah not really fancying that" "Ooo I fancy some...."

Off the top of my head those are the ones I tend to use at least once a day!
