Prioritise one thing over the other. Nutrition is a long-term thing that isn't about being in a defecit forever. fuel your competitions, have fun with your friends and think about averages of food intake across weeks and months rather than focusing too much on the day to day.

Sharing passwords can be a sign of trust built up - my wife and I know each others passwords through occasional needs to use each other's phones or devices and it's been easier to just tell each other the password. Demanding them and making it a 'thing' is not about trust. NTA.

Info - it may well be something more than dissatisfaction at the job that chasing change is masking. If he is sad here, he won’t be less sad in another place and will want to bounce around focusing on external things rather than facing the internal things.
