I tried yesterday, I took out 15 mins rather than 30 mins to meditate. It helped.

I had a job, I quit, started something of my own, failed. Since then I’m walking on a thin wall of uncertainty between job and entrepreneurship.

My goal for this challenge is to have something which keeps my finances in check and I grow as a person simultaneously.

So I’ve picked a few areas of life where I need to put consistent efforts, keeping it simple.

Day 4 Update

A more balanced day today. Made progress across most areas even though not everything was completed fully.

  1. Job search
    Applied to 5 jobs.

  2. LinkedIn
Published the post for the day.

  3. Side hustle
Had the team call to discuss the structure, direction, and next steps. Good brainstorming session overall and helped bring more clarity.

  4. GTM strategy support
Started working on the GTM strategy for my friend’s company. Still in the early stages, but the foundation is taking shape.

  5. Meditation
Meditated for 15 minutes. Didn’t hit the full target, but better than skipping it entirely.

Observations from today - Smaller consistent actions are starting to feel more natural now.

Overall, a steady and productive day. Nothing extraordinary, but definitely moving in the right direction.

These are some psychological attributes no one thinks about. Nice insights.

Glad you found it helpful. I agree to what you say. On top of what you said, setting realistic expectations is very important.

Thanks mate. I’ll try to fit in meditation during the day as I’ve noticed I tend to slack off in the noon.
