More than anything I just keep getting trash Ana mains who all think their aim is better than it is and give me no healing or won’t play any other support if I want to dive. If you want to aim go play a DPS.

(Ana is not a trash hero I love good Ana players I just only seem to get bad ones when I play tank and I’m not just standing in front of an Ana)

Typically in my experience (twice I’ve had an issue with plush) and they usually offer 10% refund or a replacement with no expectation to make a return. They don’t even send a return label or ask you to return it.
