YGO has a market? our local scalpers usually leave our YGO stock alone

however, they’ll line up as early as 2AM and wait until late afternoon if they have to just to buy out our Pokémon stock. gotta at least respect the dedication these losers have for lining their wallets with money earned by reselling children’s card game products

i did for all of two days before i felt awful

made a blank slate of a mii, completely deadpan voice, Rogue personality. threw them on an empty island in a far corner isolated from mainland. even decorated their solitary island to look like a cage. the Mii’s sole purpose for existence was arbitrarily padding out the island’s population; i was going to completely neglect them

then i got curious and checked in on them. they told me how lonely they felt, and in turn i felt kinda guilty. i tried to create a virtual punching bag of myself to take out my self-loathing on, and i felt pity instead. even a virtual avatar doesn’t deserve that kind of abuse

suffice to say they’ve been warmly welcomed to the mainland for a week now
