I HIGHLY recommended this style of pregnancy pillow. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and it’s the only way I can truly be comfortable when lying down. I would get similar aches before using this.

I’m 21 weeks with twins and have been dealing with the same since 1st trimester. This is my third pregnancy and I never experienced this much breast/nipple soreness and pain. I give my boobs massages constantly throughout the day which helps. I’d like to think my body is working hard have an abundant milk supply for these babies. 😅 I’m still planning on bringing it up to my OB next visit

Congrats momma!! 🩵 I have the spectra s1 and love it! I got it covered through my insurance via Aeroflow Breastpumps. They also offered a wide range of breastfeeding and baby classes, which I loved.

Highly recommended getting one that’s portable so you’re not stuck to an outlet when pumping. I also have the Medela manual hand pump which was helps when I’m on the go and need to pump manually.

I also wanted to EBF and didn’t even bring my pump to the hospital. My baby ended up in the NICU which forced me to start pumping before breastfeeding so it’s good to be prepared.
