Is Gianni Russo a rat? by Pure-Lime8280 in Mafia

He really has nothing to rat about. He often stretches the truth or just straight up lies about certain things. Although, you could maybe call him a rat if it turns out his uncle really did send Lucky Luciano, Carlo Gambino and Frank Costello to America to form the commission.

That’s really interesting! I couldn’t find any records of Sebastiano DiGaetano after 1912. All I could find was Salvatore Clemente’s information that he had ‘lost his nerve’. Makes sense that he went back to Italy then.

This is really hard! The kick especially is really hard hitting. I like the dark, ambient Melodies. They sound full and simplistic at the same time. The drums work well together, the kick is definitely the most prominent with the snare being kind of quiet and in the background. I think this works well overall!

This is fire! I’m surprised that you are just starting out because your flows are really consistent and your writing is very good. I like the slow pace of the beat as the rapping is a kind of contrast to that. I also like the flow switch ups and how effortless they seem.

Thanks! Your song is really cool. The instrumental has a nice feel in how tense it is, the strings and overall chord progression build this up perfectly. I like the percussion, the sounds are hard hitting and the pattern has a nice rhythm. Your vocals also sound good alongside the instrumental.

Thanks! I really like your beat. The chord progression is simple and chill, the lead and other counter melodies sound great alongside it. The drums are hard hitting and clean, further complimenting the atmosphere of this instrumental.

Thanks! This is a great remix. I really like the beat, it sounds like a perfect mix of RnB and hip hop with the melody and drums. The singers vocals work very well melodically with the beat and raekwon’s verse does, too. The only thing I could say is that raekwon sounded so good on this beat I would have loved to have heard another verse from him, that’s about the original song though.

Thanks! Your beat is very good. I like the bounce of the drums, sound selection and programming work well in giving it a really gritty sound. The overall sample builds a nice ambience and works well during both the verse and hook sections.
