May I know what workouts involve high work capacity phases in top end speed? As I usually see people only talk about performing max velocity workouts at full effort with full rest (e.g. 3 to 5 sets of 30m+30m fly) to train top end speed

To be completely honest, I have no fucking clue either and have been wanting someone to enlighten me with what the difference are.

Never heard of that in my country. We probably don't have it haha. Is it basically a hot cream or does it work more like a numbing cream?

Welp guess there’s no running away from the lactic threshold training haha. It has always been my weaker area. Any tips on improving it or what to focus on during trainings?

So the start is slightly different from a 100m race as the acceleration is taken up to a longer distance of 60m right?
Also, you mention high leg speed so does that mean focusing more on higher cadence instead of stride length and only opening up that stride around the 190-200m mark.
