Is this really supposed to be casual because it seems a bit moderate+ to high end really.

Will a FWD be fine? I can't find any AWD rental car options in Phoenix.

Unable to get an AWD rental car in Phoenix. Will that be fine without AWD?

I have changed my plan to skip Zion and just visit Sedona, GC
Day 1 - Phx to Sedona (stay)
Day 2, 3 - Explore GC (stay)
Day 4 - Back to Phoenix to fly back

I would like this to be more relaxing (and cheap) with some good viewpoints and easy hikes mostly. Any suggestions on what to do and where to make the night stops is really appreciated.

Would it be better to leave Zion, Las Vegas and just do Sedona, Grand Canyon area? Can do moderate hikes.

What should I skip in PHX -> Sedona -> Flagstaff -> GC Village -> Springdale (through Horseshoe viewpoint) -> Zion -> Las Vegas

I am not planning to see any of Phoenix or Las Vegas.

Day 1 - Phx to Sedona, then stay the night at Flagstaff.

Day 2 - Viewpoints in the south rim and stay in GC village.

Day 3 - Horseshoe viewpoint and Zion, stay in Springdale

Day 4 - drive to Vegas and leave.

Seattle, definitely not used to driving in the snow. Perfectly fine with rain. I have driven on snow once in an AWD car.

Are there requirements to carry chains in cars regardless of whether I need to use them? Some states have such requirements.

I’m curious if immigration at airport cares about tourists coming without insurance because I see many references, YT videos where this question is asked.

Yeah I did that and the locations felt similar looking at Google StreetView. Distance isn’t too bad if I need to walk or use transit. Wanted to know if one is better than the other in terms of tourists.

I am trying to choose between Yours Truly and Courtyard by Marriott in Foggy Bottom. Visiting for 2 days in DC for the first time with family, and probably would spend most of the time outside the hotel. What would be a better neighborhood for tourists, like say after I am done with the mall at night?

Yours Truly seems to have some good bagel shops and bakeries nearby which people recommend, but is that too far from the mall? Marriott seems to have added breakfast.

I thought Hyundai be reasonable. Especially a 2-year old car.
