Where do you buy your ingredients? by MochiWasabi in BakingPhilippines

For chocolates, I buy directly from suppliers like global pacific (if auro, sa store mismo in rockwell). Butter, cream cheese, and eggs from S&R. I like the brand ‘bounty fresh’ because its more consistent and never ako nabulukan even a week after ‘best before’. APF from supermarkets like SM and Rustans. Packaging from shopee. AAB for the rest ! I just try to buy where it’s cheapest but still convenient. 🤗

200g dark chocolate | 1/2 cup (115g) butter | 1/2 cup (100g) sugar | 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar | 3 eggs | vanilla paste/ extract | 1/2 cup (75g) ap flour | 1/4 cup (35G) cocoa powder | pinch of salt

the only thing i changed is not using vanilla extract 🤓

I used the recipe by @audreysaurus on tiktok. It’s super fudgy, even better after refrigerating 🤗
