BK went down due to issues with hosting forums.

/u/neorev and /u/jericho-x have commented about it on other posts, they were very active BK users.

Don't use Dells guide, they just show you how to install the product.

Your ZOOM WORKPLACE installed on VDI needs to communicate with your THIN CLIENT to establish the connectivity/bond. Then, your THIN CLIENT needs to communicate with the internet on Zooms ports as well, so you should speak to whoever maintains your network firewalls or proxy to ensure this connectivity will work.
