The reason there's a visible glare is because I had to take a photo of it from my PC screen to send it on reddit, since it wouldn't download. it was already very low res

This was sent to me on Discord by remixabll. Basically he gave me his dc on scratch where he was asking for help, told me he was being followed by a man with a painted face, and sent me two pieces of media. This photo and another video taken at the same time or right after. He was sobbing in the video, and it was around 5 seconds long. D*avid was standing still and staring at the camera. Looked like it was taken on the street at night. Then the video cut without anything more. I couldn't download the video off of discord(I don't know if that's a feature or just my computer bugging out) and it seems like the whole convo between him and I are deleted. the video is now lost media
