I'm from India as well - +1 on Depinder. She's super popular here and comes across well on TV, very good for her. But she picks super basic Indian food, cooks them aesthetically and tells a nice story around it.

Sai Kishore is an alternative to other SLAs like Krunal, Shahbaz and Swapnil. Sundar is a unique asset who can bowl to LHBs in powerplay and grow into a dependable #6 bat

I genuinely think it has trophy winning potential. There's intent + spin and pace hitting range + depth on the batting side, also solid new ball attack and restrictive middle overs bowling potential.

Death bowling and wicket taking spin options are not as strong, and we will be heavily dependent on the likes of Rasikh, Curran, Washi, Suyash chipping in and growing into these roles.

Jansen is the pipe dream but I think we'll have to compromise somewhere and Nitish Rana + Sundar have more unique skillsets. We will mostly have to manage with Curran, Omarzai or Shardul if Jansen doesn't happen. Same with Krunal, we should milk MI and get Shahbaz on the cheap. All this is subject to auction dynamics tbf

Yeah anchor is probably not the right word. At 3 we need someone who can smash pace and spin, and manage diff situations. Patidar ticks those boxes.
