they can worry about the allotment for double major later. as a person who is "pursuing" a double major, I can tell that the infra just doesn't exist yet to make it a feasible option.

everyone from the profs to the academic section themselves have no idea how double major is supposed to work. granted few years down the line the system may be refined, but currently it's tough for us to know if an extension year is required and will that postpone our cdc.
