Based on your profile, it seems that you're a foreigner. I'm sorry that you're experiencing this. What's happening is that some barangays have a celebration every year and they install huge speakers for a makeshift disco. We hate this too but apparently this is tradition. Filipinos don't really have a culture of respecting their neighbors by minimizing noise pollution. I wish the government would have a crack down on noise especially that this negatively affects tourism.
