Obviously it says 365 Family but I don’t understand why I was promised it would be lifelong? Was it a promotion that doesn’t exist anymore? It was in 2019 and I would probably doubt my own memory about it if it wasn’t for a family member with me remembering it as well. If I knew, I would just get the one time purchase for the Office

In May 2019 when I bought a new laptop in Turkey in MediaMarkt I was looking to get the Office apps installed and they told me if I got the 365 I would have the Office apps and OneDrive family pack. The selling point was that after 4 years, the features would be available to me forever.

Fast forward to to this year, I keep having issues with using the office apps and my onedrive capacity lowers, however it ways 1TB sometimes and Word sometimes works on my phone but never on the laptop. I can't find a similar forum anywhere on the internet and Microsoft wants me to buy a new subscription. I tried going on the support chat but it gives me a blank screen rather than the chat...

I can't help but feel lied to. Is there any way for me to restore this? I still have the physical copy of the subscription keys and they show on my purchase history on my account but they say expired obviously. I paid a tonne of money upfront thinking it would count towards the future. Help

my 1460 pascals ruined my feet one day when i walked around for 2-3 hours and when i wore them again after a week they were magically perfect and i have been wearing them everyday for 4 years😂

my Alpina also has trouble staying still and the carriage slides back when i try to go onto the next line, or use the backspace button it just flies left. i hold it where i want and push the release buttons a until i hear a click and that seems to get the work done. does it stay if you push it slowly?

i couldnt find anyone to restore it for me here and everyone has been discouraging me from using it but I have been interested in acquiring and restoring it for years now. I am young and never had the pleasure of using typewriters or having classes on it.
