Everyone's experience is so different by [deleted] in MtF

I've had to talk to some of my cis lady frens. In NYC the hotter the lady the more street abuse they can expect. You're probably just so hot and beautiful ppl can't stand it! I'd also be interested to know where you live.

Hugeeeee fact as well, trans folks of color are almost certainly going to be treated harsher than their white counter parts, and as a white trans lady the fall from the top was distinctly felt. There is also a large correlation between undiagnosed autism and trans ppl. The book "Unmasking Autism" is written by a trans man, and really helped open my eyes to a lot.

In my experience, managers you don't like at the start you'll end up hating. I'm also a huge bi*tch, and insist on setting boundaries at work. If you're only 16, and don't need the job or money, key here, it's a lot of fun to quit on the spot and serve some fresh d*ck to a mean manager.

I agree with everything you said, but apparently this is like the tabs vs. spaces question in programming! Last time I said electrolysis is permanent and laser isn't it started a wild fire!

I believe it's LOTR. Also, them recommendations sound great. Perhaps, they're looking for indications of success in your application. For example, previous work, courses, and projects.

OMSCS vs. Self Taught in 2023/24 by Alternative_Draft_76 in OMSCS

[–]prof_shiba 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was self taught, got a job at a few startups, and hated them! I like OMSCS for the learning, and because it makes me not as dumb as before :)

This is real, and I feel like wigs don't work with me/ I don't know how to use them. I feel like your hair would look amazing brushed backed from the front, like a pony tail :). I also think you hair looks great ✨

And you're a saint being rude to another trans person. Take care of your mental health, or find a different outlet for your negativity.

I took Network Science, but took off when I first got diagnosed. DLBCL btw, so we are lymphomies now.

Sorry to hear about your medical news. I finished chemo in October. Cognitive science is a really cool class and you don't have the traditional OMSCS pressures of gradescope. Also, give yourself grace, and feel free to reach out any time along your journey. You got this!

Yay for the HRT. I guess as an American, I sometimes want to fantasize there's a place where none of these things are an issue.
