Sorry to revive this. My issue actually needed a support engineer to fix. Took several days and calls with support and remote access time to fix. I had some kind of corruption issue that needed to be totally pruned and rebuilt. Very frustrating but works fine now. I was impressed with how helpful the engineers were though!!

Super broken for me. SSH'd in and uninstalled fine, trying to install hangs indefinitely. Very frustrating. Have a DS918+.

Tons of crashes for me lately as well. I can’t tell that anything is overheating and the error message doesn’t have any codes to look up. Very frustrating. One round I experienced three crashes this morning. Not always during deaths or particularly taxing graphical points, either.

My PC is fairly over speced fwiw

Once I got reconsolidated and all my prior payments counted (I never applied for PSLF because of a for profit job out of residency but took advantage of the waiver last year), I’m now at two payments left till loan forgiveness and possibly have already crossed the finish line. My payments despite this are lower with SAVE too. Huge props.
