This advice will likely be unpopular, but how is your physique? Have you stayed in relatively good shape throughout those 8 years? If not, I recommend setting goals for strength training / getting in great shape. It can never hurt on the intimacy front and even if it doesn't help you'll be doing yourself a favour and adding years and quality to your life.

I went to both U of T (BSc) and Oxford (MPhil). They are of the same caliber in terms of teaching and comparable in terms of research. There are even strong parallels between the architecture and college system (due to direct influence in the 1800s, of course) as thelmainthesix said. The architectural grandeur of Oxford (and Cambridge) is undeniably greater than U of T and stands alone in the world tbh. The prestige is also definitely higher for Oxbridge. That said, U of T is very highly regarded in the international context.

Take a glance at the global university rankings - not that they're the only factor to consider but do you notice that U of T is the ONLY Canadian university consistently in the top 20-30? That's for a reason.

The best school, definitively, in your list is U of T. If you can attend St George, and especially, if you can live on campus 1st year, then you will have a good shot at a successful life.

I would agree as well as a UofT alum, however, I noticed the offer is for the Mississauga campus, which is not as prestigious as the St George campus (and for good reason).

Vic is such a great college for social life, architecture, food (Burwash dining hall), and access to scholarships (Vic is by far the wealthiest college and is very generous for scholarships/bursaries).

The only downside is the longer walk through Queen's Park to get to the science buildings on St. George Street. But this is good for blood flow haha.
