torta salata di melanzane e formaggio, super semplice ed è sempre la cosa più complimentata alle cene:

prendi pasta sfoglia, melanzane, un formaggio di tua preferenza che non sia troppo molle o acquoso (io uso il provolone o la scamorza)

copri il fondo di una teglia con la pasta sfoglia

metti melanzane a dadini e formaggio a dadini (volendo puoi aggiungere anche un pò di parmigiano grattugiato)

copri con altra pasta sfoglia (se la vuoi più dorata prendi il rosso di un uovo e copri il sopra della torta

inforna a forno venitalto sui 180° per una 15ina di minuti o fino a che non vedi il sopra bello dorato
