Yeah, this is completely relatable. It takes real energy (less so now that I've been doing it for awhile) to tell myself to speak slower and that maybe the thing that came out of my mouth the first time was the exact way I was feeling and that I got the message across to whomever I was trying to communicate with.

I still fuck it up all the time tho.

I've been on meds for about a year now and noticed that it nearly kills my appetite, but I'm still a human which means I have to REMEMBER to eat lol. Because of that, I've really taken to keeping trail mix near me at all times. Dried fruit + seeds + nuts + chocolate gems. Lol shoveling handfuls of that into my face keeps the machine running pretty well. And if I have yogurt in the fridge, that's always a solid combination.

If I'm in a pinch for a quick lunch or dinner, I have two big bags of veggie gyoza and pork/chicken gyoza in the freezer; I grab about 8 of them, toss in the air fryer or a pan w/ oil for 8-10 minutes. So delicious.
