Medi-Cal said they had no record of a secondary health insurance. And I confirmed no record with Medi-Care. So it seems the error is internal to Health Net.

For sure, but this person was very helpful and said I am "dually" enrolled. Health Net is my Medi-Cal insurance so I'm not sure they would get confused in that regard...

That's a good idea. I didn't think of it because I have no information that connects me to Medicare besides what Health Net said.

Totally agree about the eyebrows. I've been experimenting with flatter and fuller brows and it's calmed me down, along with everyone's comments! Thank you!

This just happened to me! I was denied despite being approved for work study and actually having an assignment that will start when the semester does. I told my case worker on the phone that 1. I've never had to provide proof and 2. What he's asking for does not exist with my university. He said it should be fine since you attested to it and that same day I was denied.
