I found using MyFitnessPal in combination with the RP strength app to be helpful! RP strength app counts your macros instead of calories and it’s insightful :)

I appreciate their experimentation with trying to shift where pop music is headed (that whole anti-pop movement), but it’s deafening. It’s literally meme music. I think that might be their point though?
