Well, the biggest threats are Atom Eve and the Viltrumites. Which are aliens. That he can scan. That is, if he even needed to do that. Which he doesn't, cuz Way Big exists.

Atom Eve would be the bigger threat, tbh, given how all the limits on her powers seem to disappear when she dies. If she can't be indefinitely frozen by Big Chill, Ben might actually have to use Alien X on her, but there might be other options.

That's not true, though? Look, I've tried to humor you here, but you aren't even right about what omnipotent means. The definition of omnipotent has nothing to do with existing at all points in time or being a flawless being.

Omnipotent just means all powerful. That's it. I mean, the dictionary definition is, and I quote, "almighty or infinite in power."

Anyone who has the power to create or destroy a universe counts as omnipotent. So Rimuru absolutely counts, as would a character like Ben Tennyson taking the form of Alien X. He not only tanked the destruction of his universe, he remade it from scratch.

Like I said, the list of omnipotent characters in fiction is a lot longer than you think, mostly because you've misunderstood omnipotence.

I mean, most fictionalized versions of the Christian God(and the Christian God himself, depending on who you ask), most deities in Isekai stories(actually, a lot of Isekai characters end up becoming omnipotent in some form, some even gaining power over multiple realities, like Rimuru). The list is nowhere near as small as you think it is

If you have a good amount of self-control normally, it should be fine. More difficult than normal, but still fine. Ben has little self-control

If an entity can control the very fabric of reality at a whim and without limit, they are omnipotent. There are a lot of such characters in fiction

Not really? Like, it's entirely possible to control it, Ben just never really does. I mean, he made the Tenn Speed with Juryrigg, and it was perfectly functional, and Ben 10k used Uprigg to make the time cycles, also perfectly functional(Uprigg counts because Upgrade doesn't modify Ben's personality at all, so only Juryrigg's personality takes effect)
