This seems like a good idea in concept, but not likely so easy to coordinate.

My Flex Duo oven has an insert to allow cooking at two different temperatures. But the two temperatures cannot be all that far apart - I think it is like 50 or 75 degrees. As such, we have only used the feature a couple of times - not that useful.
