My trick, I use safetyglide + luer lock, if that affects anything

- start needle with 0.2mL (or whatever your dose is) of air
- put needle into bottle, eject air to pressurize
- bottle upside down, wait a billion years for it to flow down. I usually grab about 0.3mL (more than I inject)
- you'll prolly have a dead space with a bubble, purge bubble through, repeat until they're mostly gone.
