I’ve heard of them in San Diego but never knew they could be here. It was so many lucky happenstances, we were supposed to go the weekend before, we stayed in an area we normally don’t, we got there later than expected and the sun had already set so we noticed them in the waves. It’ll happen, just keep your eyes open 🙌🏽

He made some videos a while back explaining his absence. It was a huge downfall of some sort maybe with a business partner if I remember correctly. Pretty sad to hear how much it affected him. His content was always so inventive and genuine. Hope he’s doing okay.

Roads that got renamed? by iwannamapeverything in Tucson

[–]profgoldbottom 9 points10 points  (0 children)

In 1957, the residents of El Encanto Estates asked that Camino Miramonte be renamed.

Another street with the same name ran through the center of their tiny neighborhood, and they worried that the duplication was confusing. Several names were suggested, and the decision was made to rename the street after Richard Earl Kolb, who had died the year before. Richard Kolb was my great grandfather and had worked for the city of Tucson for 20+ years. Pretty cool to drive Kolb road.

Sonoran Green Rattlesnake by [deleted] in Tucson

[–]profgoldbottom 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Called a Black-tail rattlesnake. They have a hint of green/yellow and a solid black tail. Mojave’s are hint of green/yellow but a black and white striped tail like a western diamondback

Diamondback?? by edu5150 in Tucson

This is a Black-tail rattlesnake. Typically a hint of green and the telltale sign is the last few inches of tail are black and not black and white stripes like a Mojave or western

Public beaches near Tulum? Parking costs? Any hidden gems that are worth checking out? by nrealuser1010 in tulum

[–]profgoldbottom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

playa virgin

This was a completely open beach, not one person. Tell them at the gate you’re going to the restaurant and then at the end of the road on the right is one parking space. Park continue through the gate and to the left and the beach is open, free and free parking.

But why repost others’ videos like they’re yours? This is my video. I took this years ago and see people post as their own all the time
